Course Design Portfolio
Recreational 18 hole course, built in 1999. Beginner
friendly, built in a busy public park. Close to a lot of Muskegon area
attractions, including downtown and the Lake Michigan beach.
Professional 24 hole course, built in 2000. Two sets
of tees on most holes. Course is on mostly flat land, but the
trees and jungle-like thickets provide quite a challenge.
Professional 27 hole course, built in 2003. Extra "Deep 9"
holes added in 2009. Two sets
of tees on most holes. Course is in a heavily wooded area with slight
rolling hills. Holes are not very long (except for some of the "Deep 9"), but demand accuracy.
Professional 24 hole course, completed in 2006. Two sets of tees on most
holes. Course winds up and down two ski hills on the Lake Michigan shore
of Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
Expanded to nine holes on July 1st, 2008. There are three tees on each hole,
providing a challenge for players of all ability levels. The course
utilizes wide ski trails and gentle slopes to make it less of a mountain
climb and more of an enjoyable disc golf experience.

MI ***NEW ***
Professional/Recreational 18 hole course built in 2009 in what was once a
National Forest Campground. Although the campsites are gone, a picnic
shelter, tables and a stairway down to the Manistee River are still
there. The course plays through some dense woods, with the front 9 being
shorter and much easier than the back 9. The first 4 holes will eventually
be along a handicap-accessible trail.
